The air feed channel is directly connected with the four-in-one particle filling machine, and the bottle transmission adopts the whole process of clamping the bottle mouth. The advantages of this method are as follows :(1) changing the bottle shape does not need to adjust any parts, and the bottle shape can be changed only by changing the bottle roller. Greatly facilitate the user's use, save the user's bottle switching costs and time. (2) it can avoid the secondary pollution of the bottle mouth.
The production process of this machine is as follows: the bottles in the air feed channel are transferred to the bottle stamping machine of the four-in-one particle filling machine by the bottle splicing star wheel and the bottle clip bottle feeding wheel. The turntable of the bottle punching machine is equipped with a clamp-type stainless steel bottle holder. The bottle holder holds the bottleneck and turns 180° along a guide rail to make the bottle holder downward. In the specific area of the bottle punching machine, a special nozzle spurts out water to flush the inner wall of the bottle and the outer wall of the bottle. The bottle is rinsed and drained, then flipped along the guide rail 180° to make the bottle mouth upward under the holder. The cleaned bottle is exported by the washing machine through the transition wheel and transferred to the particle filling machine. The bottle into the particle filling machine is kept by the bottle neck support plate stuck to the bottle mouth, and through the lifting mechanism under the action of the CAM to achieve the rise and fall. The particle filling machine adopts gravity filling method, the bottle mouth rises and opens the filling valve to start filling, and the filling ends when the material in the measuring cup is filled. After the pellet filling, the bottle is exported by the pellet filling machine through the transition wheel and transferred to the syrup filling machine. The bottle into the syrup filling machine by the bottleneck plate stuck to the bottle to maintain, and through the lifting mechanism under the action of the CAM to achieve the rise and fall. The syrup filling machine adopts gravity filling method, the bottle mouth rises and opens the filling valve to start filling, and the filling ends when the material rises to the position of blocking the back hole. After the syrup filling, the bottle mouth drops off the filling valve, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the transition roller. The stop knife on the capping machine can jam the bottleneck, keeping the bottle upright and preventing rotation. The capping head keeps revolution and rotation on the capping machine, and under the action of the CAM, the capping, capping and capping can be realized, and the whole capping process is completed. The finished bottle is transferred from the capping machine to the bottle delivery chain through the outlet roller, and the four-in-one particle filling machine is transferred from the conveyor chain. The whole machine adopts floor-to-ceiling sealing window, beautiful and generous.
